Located just outside of Houston, TX., Arnold Deer Processing is the place where we process your deer and exotics exactly the way you desire it. Arnold Deer Processing, also known as the “Sausage Shack”, is the place where our slogan is “You kill it, we chill it, and you grill it!”
A number of processors combine meat from many customers to make sausage and hamburger meat, then divide it up between each customer, but that is not how we roll here at Arnold Deer Processing! We know you worked hard to get your deer, we know you want your meat, so we make our hamburger meat and sausages in small batches with only your meat.
We specialize in picnic sticks, summer sausage, an appetizing variety of Sausages and hamburger meat. Once you try the great flavor of our products, you will keep coming back for more.
We vacuum seal all of our meat to make sure that it has a longer freezer life, and an even more superior tasting finished product. Also, it will be easier for you to see what you have in the freezer.
You can drop off your deer at anytime; we have a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week drop off. If drop off is after hours than please call for instructions. We accept all major credit cards as well as your personal check and cash.
